Leadership

Greg Borman
Executive Director Corporate Services
BSc (Physio), APAM, MHFESA
Greg Borman joined Biosymm in 2006. Graduating from Curtin University in 2000, Greg worked in private practice for four years, before heading to the UK. In London Greg developed an interest in occupational health and safety, working with both the Bank of England and BP. Upon returning to Perth in 2006, Greg begun working with Kieran Bell and became an equal partner in 2008. Greg manages the administrative folio of the business and is responsible for business improvement and systems development. Greg also shares responsibility for management of corporate clients with Janelle and other senior staff. Greg is the recent past national chair of the Occupational Health chapter of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomic Society of Australia (HFESA).
Libby McCarthy
Practice Manager
BSc (Biomedical Science)

Libby joined Biosymm in March 2011. She initially worked with Biosymm as an Occupational Technician after graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) in 2010. Libby has since moved into the role of Practice Manager. She is currently studying a Certificate IV in Book Keeping and Accounting and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Benjamin Freeth
Early Intervention Program Manager

Ben joined Biosymm in October 2015 and initially graduated from university with his physiotherapy degree in 2001. He has extensive experience working in private practices around Perth, and has then worked in an occupational health settings since 2008. Ben manages our functional assessment, Telehealth programs and provides pre-employment and workstation assessments for businesses around Perth. He is also a member of the APA Occupational Health Group in WA which advocates for physiotherapists in occupational health and supports professional development. Outside of work, his spare time is mainly taken up with his four children, their sporting interests and he is closely involved with their sporting clubs.
Jonathon Barrett
Operations Manager - South / West

Jon has been at Biosymm since August 2014 after 15 months experience providing Physiotherapy services for another WA based mining company. He is currently based at Wesfarmers CSBP following spending time at a RTIO Iron Ore site West Angelas in the Pilbara, providing injury management and prevention services. Jon’s education background includes a Masters of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Science. Jon has also had several years experience working in both private practice and sports physiotherapy. Jon has a strong interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Exercise Rehabilitation. He is currently completing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. His personal interests include travelling and sports of all types.
Angela Doyle
Operations Manager - East

Ange graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010. Initially, Ange worked throughout various areas in the public health system before commencing work in private practice. This has provided multiple opportunities to gain experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, as well as develop sound diagnostic and rehabilitative skills. Ange moved to Perth in early 2017 and commenced working with Biosymm shortly after, working as an on-site physiotherapist, providing injury management, risk assessment, and preventative input to Greater Hope Downs – Rio Tinto. In her spare time, Ange enjoys outdoor activities with her biggest personal achievement summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in East Africa. Ange has enjoyed meeting the challenge of various other treks and summits around the world, with plenty more on the list!
Damian Mann
Operations Manager - North / West

Damian joined Biosymm in September 2011. He graduated from Notre Dame University in 2006, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduating, Damian moved to Kalgoorlie where he worked in private practice for 3 years, including working with local and state sporting teams. After moving back to Perth, he worked in private practice for a further 2 years in Midland before joining the Biosymm team. Damian manages the Onsite Physiotherapy folio of the business where he is responsible for training, mentoring and providing coverage for a team of physiotherapists and supporting the delivery of services to a number of clients including Rio Tinto, BHP and Roy Hill. He is also involved in various project-based work and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Occupational Health Physiotherapy Australia (OHPA) and Human Factors and Ergonomic Society of Australia (HFESA).
Adrian Robinson

Adrian’s background is in high-level strategic and operational management at senior levels in private enterprise and government. He has held positions as Assistant Commissioner, General Manager and Director in enterprise, government and non-government sectors with extensive experience working alongside CEOs and Boards. In addition to Adrian’s diverse industry experience, he is tertiary qualified and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Business. He is also an Associate Fellow with the Australian College of Health Service Management and a Chartered Health Executive.

Adrian holds in excess of 30 years’ experience in developing and administering proactive outcomes, through the implementation of sustainable strategies. With a proven track record in improving culture, teamwork, productivity and operational outputs through the development, implementation and promotion of simple yet effective best practice human resource methodologies across all levels of the workforce.

Adrian’s approach to the delivery of services have resulted in a strong commitment to working in partnership with others.

Ruth Lennon
Business Development Lead

Ruth’s background is as a clinical physiotherapist in a variety of settings, as well as a team leader, client relationship manager and business development manager within allied-health. After practicing as a physiotherapist in the UK, Ruth left for a world travel experience and landed in Australia in 2014. Since then she has lived and worked in Melbourne, Hobart and joined Life Ready Biosymm in Perth in October 2018. Ruth has worked both within our clinic and onsite, giving a broad knowledge of the different high-quality services that Life Ready Biosymm provide. She currently works as the Business Development Lead for the company, coordinating services for our growing client base, including the provision of new technology such as suitX exoskeletons.
Jessica Ngo

Jessica is one of Biosymm’s team leaders and since joining the Biosymm family in 2017, Jess has worked as a site physio across Rio Tinto, CSBP and Newmont Boddington Gold. Throughout her studies she worked closely with state rugby and football teams, providing on field and post-game assessment and treatment. Since graduating Jess has gained clinical experience across a broad spectrum of areas, including private practice, rehabilitation in the home, inpatient orthopedics and outpatient neurology. Jess is very passionate about travelling and exploring the world, in her spare time she enjoys trying our new restaurants, doing yoga, going on hikes and being surrounded by nature.

Lionel Velho
Team Leader

Lionel joined the Biosymm team in 2017 after primarily working in private practice setting. He gained invaluable knowledge working as an onsite physiotherapist at the busy iron ore West Angelas (Rio Tinto) mine site. In 2019 Lionel progressed into a team leader role at Biosymm, increasing his exposure to an assortment of different mining operations of varying complexity including; Newmont Gold Corp, South 32, BHP Iron Ore, Rio Tinto Iron Ore and Downer Mining. He has also supported Perth sites including CSBP, Kleenheat and Bridgestone. Lionel currently assists the team with onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters, project work, site coverage and telehealth. He has a strong focus on using an evidence-based approach to help his clients achieve their short- and long-term goals.  Lionel is continuously active in professional development/continuing education and has completed several courses including; dry needling, chronic pain, load management and sport physiotherapy courses. Outside of work Lionel enjoys keeping fit, filling up his passport with stamps from all over the world and watching most sports.
James Ryan

James joined Biosymm in January 2019. He graduated from Melbourne University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating James has worked in private practice, occupational medicine clinics and for a couple of occupational health service providers.
James provides onsite physiotherapy for Biosymm’s clients in Melbourne as well as telehealth and services within occupational medical clinics.
Melanie Galbraith
Case Coordinator
MSc Med (Pain Mgt), BSc (Physio), APAM
Mel’s clinical interest lies in the management of complex and persistent pain issues. A graduate of Curtin University, Mel has over 20 years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, in both the UK and Australia, across public and private sectors. She completed an MSc Medicine Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) through the University of Sydney and regularly attends national and international conferences to remain at the forefront of current research. Involved in the development and delivery of the internationally acclaimed STEPS program at Fremantle Hospital Pain Medicine Unit, she has adapted the model to enable effective management of individual patients seen in private practice. A passionate educator, Mel is involved in training other health professionals to improve clinical outcomes when managing patients with persistent pain, and displays particular expertise when managing compensable cases that have reached an impasse. She consistently utilises objective outcome measures and follows best practice by providing psychologically informed physiotherapy. She is a valued member of the Biosymm team, and a current member of the Australian Pain Society, International Association for the Study of Pain and Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Daniel Edwards
Case Coordinator

Daniel graduated from Curtin University in 2009 and moved straight into the private practice sector where he developed a keen interest in all things musculoskeletal, in particular chronic low back pain and sports injuries. Since 2012 he has also been working within in the occupational health sector, as an on-site physiotherapist in both FIFO and Perth based roles and has completed a graduate certificate in OH&S. He is also the Managing Partner of Life Ready Physiotherapy Marangaroo. Outside of work Daniel enjoys anything sport related and plays football for the mighty Hamersley Carine Hawks. He also loves kicking back with his wife and young daughter.
Lesilaina McCarthy

Lesi graduated from Otago University (New Zealand) with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005. She has since worked both in private musculoskeletal clinics and musculoskeletal outpatients departments in New Zealand, the UK and Australia. Her background is in various musculoskeletal conditions of both an acute and chronic nature. She also has experience in occupational rehabilitation and pain management programmes. Since moving to Perth a year ago, Lesi has developed an interest in the Occupational Health sector and is currently working in the areas of Telehealth and Perth based corporate functional assessments, including pre-employment medicals and return to work assessments. Lesi has also worked with Pfizer, CBH Group and Pybar Mining Services providing physiotherapy services of a varied nature.
Christine Huggett
Clinic Coordinator

Christine joined Biosymm in August 2011 as a junior Receptionist, she now works as an Administration Assistant working closely with the Practice Manager and the company Directors.

Christine has completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration, a Certificate IV in Project Management, is currently completing her cert 3/4 in fitness and with success as a qualified personal training hopes to commence her diploma of remedial massage at the end of 2017.

Kale Waddell
Physiotherapist

Kale graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He developed a strong interest in exercise rehabilitation whilst working in private practice and as a Sports Trainer at North Beach Amateur Football Club. This has led him to pursue further studies in Strength and Conditioning in 2019.

Kale enjoys treating and rehabilitating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and empowering his clients to achieve their best quality of life. He is currently a Perth-based member of the Biosymm team, working in Telehealth and providing onsite physiotherapy services to CSBP and Aurizon.

Outside of work Kale loves all things AFL, gym, golf and running his Boston Terrier!

Zoe O’Mara
Physiotherapist
Zoe graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2017. After leaving university Zoe worked in Private Practice for two years where she assessed, diagnosed, treated and managed a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Zoe joined Biosymm in 2020 as a Perth Clinic Physiotherapist, where she is able to use her passion for early intervention and injury prevention to help clients achieve the best outcomes. She has experience working with the WAFL umpires, and is a current physio for the AFL umpires, where she assists with injury prevention, rehabilitation and return to sport. In her spare time Zoe enjoys keeping active at the gym, stand up paddle boarding, swimming and loves to take her dog for walks along the coast and to the beach.
Angie Radford

Angie graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Physiotherapy in 2016. Previously, Angie completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2012. Angie then went on to work in private practice in Kalgoorlie. Angie has experience working with semi-professional and local level football teams in acute injury management and high-level rehabilitation. She has pursued further qualifications in vestibular rehabilitation and management of chronic pain. Angie is currently providing on-site physiotherapy/injury prevention services for BHP (Nelson Point). Her passion is working with people to meet their functional goals through evidence-based treatment, exercise based rehabilitation and education. Outside of work Angie enjoys traveling, the gym and a good coffee!
Anna Gould

Anna completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle in 2016. After 3 years in private practice Anna joined us in July 2019. She has experience in many aspects of physiotherapy including private practice, amateur and semi-professional sport, Telehealth and occupational physiotherapy. Anna has a keen interest in long-term pain and has a passion for empowering patients with knowledge to assist self-management and ensure long term treatment outcomes. Anna is passionate about improving health literacy throughout society and takes every opportunity to to assist others in this space. Anna not only loves being able to help people get through daily life pain free but achieve their sport and recreation goals. She believes in applying evidence based practice, exercise therapy and functional training to formulate the best outcome for her patients. She has a strong interest in using technology to collect data and facilitate research projects to improve upon current evidence. When Anna is not treating she enjoys frolicking at the beach and boating like all good West Australians!

Graduating from Curtin university in 2016, Ben worked in a private practice for 3 years where he had a strong exercise rehabilitation focus. At the same time, Ben dove headfirst into sports-based physiotherapy. Taking every opportunity he could, Ben was the physio for multiple sporting organisations including: the Australian Indoor Cricket team, Western Australian Track and Field, Victorian Junior Hockey and his beloved North Beach Football Club. Ben is currently a physiotherapist for BHP at Mining Area C and Yandi in the Pilbara.
Cally Arrieta

Cally joined Biosymm as a Physiotherapist in 2018. After graduating from Curtin University in 2004 she gained a broad range of experience as a locum Physiotherapist in hospitals around Perth, before spending 2 years providing physiotherapy services for Rio Tinto Iron Ore in Tom Price in a FIFO role.  She has since gained considerable experience in a wide range of areas working in both hospital and private practice settings. With a passion for injury prevention and ensuring optimal treatment to enable the return of an individual to the activities that they enjoy and to the workplace as soon as possible, Cally has returned to an occupational health role with Biosymm. She provides onsite physiotherapy at the South32 Boddington Bauxite Mine and Aurizon in Forrestfield, as well as providing Telehealth physiotherapy services and treatment in our Rivervale clinic. Cally is a mum to two boys and enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Cameron Argus

Cameron graduated from Curtin University in 2017, where he developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries. Upon graduating, Cameron began working full time at a private practice in the Perth hills, which exposed him to a large variety of musculoskeletal conditions and allowed him to further his passion for functional rehabilitation and sporting injuries.

Cameron has previously provided physiotherapy services for multiple sporting organisations including Hockey WA, Hockey Australia and the Kalamunda Suns state basketball league. Cameron is able to utilise his skills in treating musculoskeletal sporting injuries and apply them to a workplace setting, which is required for his role as an on-site physiotherapist.

Hayley Edmunds

Hayley completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Curtin University graduating in 2010 and since has been working in private practice in Melbourne, London and Perth. Since Joining Biosymm, Hayley has been providing on-site Physiotherapy services to Rio Tinto’s Robe Valley Operations in the Pilbara. Hayley’s background in private practice has provided a strong knowledge and passion for treating all musculoskeletal injuries, whether work or sporting related and has a special interest in spinal pain. Hayley also has advanced training in Clinical Pilates which provides a good understanding of rehabilitation for all musculoskeletal injuries. Having grown up in Perth, Hayley loves the beach and is a keen surfer (or trying to be), running along the coast, the West Coast Eagles, trips down south and travelling as much as possible!

India graduated from Curtin University in 2014 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She worked in private practice for 3 years prior to joining Biosymm, where she now provides Occupational Physiotherapy services at the Roy Hill mine site. India has a strong focus on injury prevention. She uses her training in Pilates to empower her patients to move well in order to treat and prevent further musculoskeletal injuries. India has a passion for health and fitness, and in her spare time enjoys running, rock climbing and anything physical.

Jason graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

With exposure throughout many aspects of clinical and occupational physiotherapy including; private practice/telehealth, acute sporting injuries, pre-employment medicals, post-surgical in the home treatment and onsite physiotherapy Jason is well versed to apply his specific knowledge to a range of requirements.

Most specifically Jason is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their own pain, thereby working closely with them through education, targeted manual therapy and prescription of specific exercise programs to facilitate an effective and lasting treatment outcome.

Away from work, Jason’s interests involve swimming, gym and surfing.

Julie Endersby

Julie graduated from Curtin University in 2015 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy with Distinction. She worked in private practice for 3 years prior to joining Biosymm. Julie joined the team in late 2018 and has found a growing interest in occupational health. She enjoys refining her clinical skills and managing injuries, as well as working in injury prevention on-site at the Rio Tinto Paraburdoo mine site. In her spare time, Julie enjoys walking her dog, going to the gym and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kelly Mac Lachlan

Kelly graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014. Kelly moved to Darwin, NT in 2016 where she worked in private practice for over 3 years gaining experience in complex workers compensation cases, palliative care, clinical pilates and women’s health.

Kelly relocated to Perth in August 2019 to commence working with Biosymm as an on-site physiotherapist in the central Pilbara at Mining Area C and Yandi – BHP.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kelly planning her next adventure, running, cycling or picnicking at sunset.

Laura Howden

Originally from Canada, Laura travelled to Australia to complete her Master of Physiotherapy. With an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, the study of human movement, Laura has a thorough understanding of how the human body functions. Laura began her career working in private practice and is experienced in treating a wide range of acute and chronic injuries. After several years in private practice, Laura saw the importance of early injury intervention, particularly in working populations, and followed her passion for injury management into the field of occupational health. Gaining experience providing onsite physiotherapy services for several companies based out of Perth, Laura took her skills over to Queensland where she now provides both clinical and onsite physiotherapy services for Biosymm in Brisbane.
Louisa Trevenen

Louisa joined the Biosymm team in early 2018. She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has also recently completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.  Prior to joining the Biosymm team, Louisa worked as part of the medical rehab team at the Toyota manufacturing plant in Victoria. Louisa enjoys working in an occupational health setting as a Physiotherapist and has a strong interest in promoting workplace health and wellbeing. Louisa is currently based at the RTIO Tom Price and Marandoo Iron Ore sites and also assists with Biosymm’s Telehealth services in Perth Rivervale Office. In her spare time, Louisa enjoys reading, cooking and keeping active outdoors.
Michael Price

Mike graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and immediately began work in the private practice setting. Providing services to A Grade level sports teams, private patients and aged care clients. Since joining Biosymm in February 2018 he has been providing onsite physiotherapy and injury prevention services to Rio Tinto Robe Valley Operations in the Pilbara. Mike has a strong interest musculoskeletal conditions and treatment from initial manual therapy through to exercise rehabilitation and work conditioning, keeping up with evidence based-practice. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and fur kid, while playing and watching as much sport as possible.
Nick Farsalas

Nick studied physiotherapy at Curtin University completing his studies in 2017 and then proceeded to work within private practice for 18 months. Subsequently, Nick developed his skills in clinical assessment and diagnosis of acute injuries with subsequent high level rehabilitation.

Nick has enjoyed working alongside various sporting clubs providing injury management, prevention and first aid.

He joined the Biosymm team in April 2019 in order to expand his skill set into the occupational health field.

Nick is an avid outdoors-man, exploring both the ocean and bush in equal measures.

Oliver Hosking
Physiotherapist

Oliver studied physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 2015 before pursuing a career in private practice. During this time, he used his training whilst working extensively alongside the Department of Veteran Affairs, rehabilitating veterans from over the last 5 decades.

Oliver was able to include his love of sport in his work by becoming heavily involved with several sporting clubs including netball, rugby league and football.

When he’s not working, despite his inability to tan, Oliver enjoys playing beach volleyball, diving and anything beach related.

Peta Ryan

Peta graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2015.  Peta joined Biosymm in 2018 and has a growing passion for occupational health and refining her clinical skills. She is currently living in the Southwest and providing onsite physiotherapy at the South32 refinery. Before joining Biosymm she worked as a physiotherapist in the hospital and domiciliary settings, treating a large variety of musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and neurological presentations. Peta has also worked with the WAFL and AFL umpires for over five years, assisting with injury rehabilitation, prevention and return to sport. In her spare time, Peta enjoys spending time at the beach, as well as staying active through running, boxing and paddle boarding.
Philip Osborne

Philip Osborne started at Biosymm in October of 2018, prior to which he worked in private practice since completing his degree in Physiotherapy at Curtin University. His extensive experience in elite level swimming and volleyball, along with several years of military service have given him a great interest in injury management and return to sport/work rehabilitation. Philip always aims for the best possible outcomes for his patients, combining hands on treatments with personalised exercise programs. Outside of work Philip enjoys swimming, surfing and outdoor adventure sports

Richard Frankland

Richard has a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University in Queensland. Before moving to WA Richard has worked in private practice specialising in sports injuries and patients with chronic pain. Richard is currently based out of the Perth clinic and also works as a relief physiotherapist at Rio Tinto’s mine sites throughout the Pilbara. Richard has a special interest in health and fitness with an emphasis on endurance. He has run many marathons including the Machu Picchu marathon in Peru and the Marathon Des Sables in Morocco; a six-day, 251 km ultramarathon. This experience has given him valid insight into the preparation and training needed for endurance events including the care/maintenance of reoccurring injuries.

Sam Lowman

Sam graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2016 and has since worked in private practice and with a wide variety of sports teams. Upon joining Biosymm in 2019, he has been providing onsite physiotherapy services to BHP in Port Hedland. Sam is also completing his Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety at Curtin University in his spare time. Sam’s personal interests include water-sports, snowboarding, scuba diving and career development.
Tim Ho

Tim graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2009 and has extensive experience in private practice and most recently occupational physiotherapy. Tim is passionate about assisting his patients with managing their pain and guiding them to reach their functional goals. To achieve this Tim believes in tailoring specific treatment programs to his patients in accordance with their goals and empowering them with self management strategies to achieve better clinical outcomes. Outside of work Tim enjoys travelling and has been on a 3 month trip to Europe and America with his wife. He also enjoys good food and vintage watches.

Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle with a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise & Sport Science. Throughout his studies, Tim gained qualifications in Strength & Conditioning and worked as a Sports Trainer for Wembley Amateur Football Club. Tim gained valuable experience working as a private practice physiotherapist in Karratha and the wider Pilbara region, delivering services to remote indigenous communities. Outside of work, Tim loves all things basketball and getting down to the beach.

Tim returns to the Biosymm team after 5 years in which he ran a small private clinic in Manjimup alongside working on a family run apple orchard. He was previously based in an onsite role covering Rio Tinto’s port operations in Dampier and Cape Lambert along with coverage work across many mine sites in the Pilbara. After graduating from Curtin in 2002 with a Masters of Physiotherapy, Tim worked in private practice focusing on acute injury management with particular interest in Australian Rules Football through his involvement with East Perth Football Club. He maintains a strong interest in injury rehabilitation, with a focus on strength and conditioning to help his patients regain and improve their pre-injury function.

William Marriott

Since starting with Biosymm in 2014 Will has worked throughout WA in the mining sector with a number of clients including Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, Downer, BHP and South 32. Will has built up a wealth of knowledge with these clients, gaining injury management and injury prevention experience in open cut mining, underground mining and processing plants. As of 2018 he stepped into a team leader role within the Biosymm business providing training, mentoring and site coverage for the team along with project work for our clients. He is also currently completing a cert IV in H&S. Will originally graduated from the University of Otago in 2010 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and subsequently spent 3 years working in a Dunedin based private practice in New Zealand. It was in Dunedin where he gained experience in return to work rehabilitation, occupational physiotherapy with Silver Fern Farms and sports Physiotherapy, which included time with the Super Rugby Highlanders development squad, Otago U19’s and Premier grade Rugby clubs. His personal interests include Rugby, sailing, travelling and is passionate about personal fitness.

Greg Hearn

Greg graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) and has since worked exclusively in the physiotherapy private practice setting. Prior to this he completed a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science whilst also attaining extensive work experience in the health and fitness industry. Greg is currently a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Physiotherapist (Medical & Fitness Level 2) and has a passion for assisting golfers of all ages and abilities play pain free, and to the highest level possible. In addition to providing a golf specific physical screening, Greg also provides advice in correcting physical limitations that may be limiting a golfers ability to play at their optimum level and ultimately enjoy the game. In doing so, Greg provides golf specific programs targeting mobility, stability, strength, and rotational power, tailored to suit each individuals’ specific needs and goals. In addition to golf physiotherapy, Greg also enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders and has developed a keen interest in treating acute and chronic low back pain, neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, and complex shoulder disorders. He is particularly interested in non-surgical management for musculoskeletal conditions and providing extensive exercise rehabilitation to prevent surgical intervention. Greg is also passionate about treating sporting injuries, including injury prevention and rehabilitation. He has had extensive experience working with amateur and elite sporting teams including Wesley Curtin Football Club and the West Coast Eagles Football Club and has a great understanding of the physical demands of elite level sport and what is required to overcome injury, having previously represented the West Australian Thundersticks mens’ hockey team. Outside of work Greg enjoys all things sport. He loves to stay active by working on his own golf game and fitness, and is an active member of the Secret Harbour Golf Course.
Jess Glover

Jess completed her physiotherapy/ exercise and sports science double degree at the University of Notre Dame and now works at our Midland clinic. She has always had a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, which lead her into working as a sports trainer with a local WAFL club and an amateur football team, where she has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal sporting injuries and exercise rehabilitation. She also has a strong interest in women’s health and Clinical Pilates. Jess has spent time working in the hospital system and has completed additional training in dry needling and within the sports physiotherapy field. She is passionate about helping people achieve a positive outcome through hands on treatment, rehabilitation and self-management strategies. In her spare time Jess enjoys playing netball, keeping fit, relaxing at the beach, exploring the world and spending time with family and friends.
Scott Garvey

Scott completed his BSc (Physiotherapy) at Curtin University and is a full time physiotherapist in our CBD clinic. Scott is passionate about providing high quality clinical physiotherapy to all demographics of people. Office workers, weekend warriors, athletes, post surgery, motor vehicle accident or work place injury; you can be rest assured that Scott will work with you to achieve the short and long term goals that you desire. Scott has particular interests in and has completed further education on tendon pathologies, lumbar spine dysfunction and acute musculoskeletal injury management. Scott has worked with numerous different sporting populations from footballers to dancers, and most recently recreational skiers and snowboarders in the Rhone Alps of France. Outside of work Scott enjoys the amazing coastline we have, live music and fulfilling his culinary curiosity.
